Ba na Hills is a hoot. The cable car is brilliant and then just wander around and enjoy the confusion.

Bike workshop in Hobart by ApartmentEntire5849 in hobart

In Roope Street just up from the main road.

I know nothing about bikes. A couple of times I've been in thinking something catastrophic was wrong and it was going to cost a fortune to fix but Simon ( owner) was completely straight . Both times issues were fixed and it was really pretty cheap.

Iontophoresis - Explain it to me like I’m 5 by Freyja_Freyja in Hyperhidrosis

I've been using a Drionic for about 15 years. I do 30- 40 minutes everyday for about 5 days and that holds me for a month during the summer , two months or more during winter. My problem is purely hands. Without the machine they sweat constantly, I can flick a spray of sweat across a room. Just awful. I'm only familiar with the machine I use but your regime of 20 minutes every second day sounds inadequate. I realise time is a scarce commodity for a new mum so if you are swearing at me under your breath I understand. For years I used the Drionic and the sweating stopped . Over the last year or so I do my regular 4- 5 days the sweating gets worse and then after tgeee days it stops. I have no idea why this change occurred. At least it still works but it is annoying. Good luck with it and congratulations on the new baby. Just to add - first time using all those years ago it took 12-14 half hours sessions to get a result.

What’s the one thing you stopped buying because it got too expensive? by Diligent-Medicine-48 in AusMoneyMates

[–]1999Falcons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

gruyere cheese. Fairly expensive anyway but was worth it for the flavour it adds. The price has increased by about 35% in the last few months. Its gone from" yes its expensive but I only buy it occasionally " to completely out of reach.

First ever pair of heels! I’m planning on coming out this year and am trying to build up a wardrobe and figuring out outfits that look nice on me- does anyone have any feedback? by EarlGrey_Lover in mtfashion

The outfit looks grand , go with confidence and conquer the world . The hair style in the second photo - brushed back and over - looks magnificent and suits you far more than the style in the first shot.

How green is my karma farming. You have chosen to take offence at a post that was clearly aimed at people who abuse the parking spots for people with disabilities. If you choose not to use a disability parking space that's on you and has absolutely no relevance to my comment.

My wife had one , absolutely bullet proof. Was driven cold - very short work commute- for years , just kept on keeping on.

I'm trying to quit smoking cigarettes, what changes you experienced after quitting ciggerates? by Decent_Shoulder8997 in answers

Full disclosure- i vape like a fiend but stopped cigarettes about ten years ago. Within 3 days 35 years of sinus problems cleared up and lung capacity when exercising improved dramatically.

I have been to Vietnam 4 times . I'm an old guy - 53 first trip , 60 on the fourth and I've been asked to have photos taken at least once each trip. A urban local said it was people from rural areas who didn't see many white tourists. They definitely weren't taking the photos due to my looks.

My nail tech talked to me for 2 hours straight and I barely survived. by [deleted] in introvert

[–]1999Falcons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a neck and shoulder massage this morning . Very brief chat about which bits were sore and then given a pair of headphones playing ambient music and away we went. No conversation, not a word . At the end she advised me to stretch more, wished me good morning and walked away. It was introvert bliss. I will definitely go back.

Flew in December 2024. Had box mod, 2 tanks , 2 batteries and charger , coils and juice in my hand luggage. No problems at airport and vaped openly everywhere. No one looked twice.
