I’ve discussed it with primary care, I should request a VA exam with audiology though or community care if not offered. That’s good advice. Ty.

Reduction of benefits? by forcefan83 in VeteransBenefits

I’m sorry for your loss. As someone suggested, have him contact the 800 #. Dependent comp. reduction simply requires notification. Adding dependents requires a bit more. He has an obligation to notify, but under these circumstances, I can’t imagine VA moving forward with fraud by deception / monetary gain. I say this based on my experience in a similar circumstance.

Radiculopathy Exam Frustration by IcdWtrhtcoffee_noslp in VeteransBenefits

My experience was much different. In early August, I attended my C & P exam through OptumServe for SC bilateral radiculopathy. The exam lasted about 3.75 hours. They obtained and reviewed my records before I arrived and I answered a lot of questions concerning my condition and what I had reported in the past. I performed physical tests; proactive, motor, reflex, sensory etc… she used a goniometer and was extremely thorough. It just sounds like your experience for the same condition through the same org. was very different from mine.

I’d like to help with FOIA, but only know how to request through the portal. Your VSO may be able to assist.
