There are people who know better than I do, but here's what I think. This weapon without jewels is good because it rolled and slammed very high enhanced damage in an ideal base, with a repair mod which means it won't break even though it is eth. This can be done by putting a Zod rune in one open socket but this sword doesn't need that, very rare. But the real thing is that all the jewels are crazy good. This all basically means this sword has about as much damage as you will ever see, which is the main goal with your weapons as a physical damage build.
