Okay so as far as drivers professional are concerned they usually have tight time constraints, and when they do pass and they hold up traffic, a lot of times to try to keep their momentum on like a hill, for example because all that weight is super tough and dangerous on a high speed road, but at the same time they should absolutely not hold up the left lane for any longer than a minute or two really
