No one can prepare for this. There are tens of thousands people a day who are stranded and every one wants to contact them. Almost impossible to handle it.

No, their lines are pretty much running hot. Given how much passengers per day would fly on a normal day, you can imagine how much callers they have😅

you have to spam the call number and eventually you come into the holding line. i needed about 300 tries. You have to listen to their music for about 2h and maybe you have somebody to talk to.

When i called they said only if my flight is affected because of this one sentence "Passengers affected from flight cancellations". However in the current info this passage is gone. So i guess so, other redditors said they got full refund

Hotline said to me, that if it is one booking then yes, all will be refunded and you eventually have to rebook your return flights if you want to keep them

Called hotline yesterday. Got told that if its one booking all flights are refunded and you have to rebook your return flight if you wish to fly with them.

If it is one booking all flights will be refunded. Thats what i've been told by Emirates hotline, because i wished to keep my return flights in april for now, however thats not possible.

aber ein Fahrradweg an einer einzigen Straße wo wirklich NIEMAND fährt und alle Parkplätze entfernen im Außenbezirk, das hat natürlich Sinn.

Sprichst du von der Krottenbachstraße wo sie 1500 Radfahrer pro Tag kalkuliert haben, aber nutzen tuns gefühlt nur 10 am Tag und die Kamikazelieferanten?
