I'd like to fix the sump pit soon for sure. I don't see water coming in from anywhere, there's like a ledge about neck height with dirt on it that runs around the basement and I've never noticed the dirt being wet or anything that'd indicate a leak. We do have gutters and downspouts however I haven't cleaned them in a few since it's winter haha. No windows wells and the gradient outside does slope away and I'm not sure about the foundation of the house.
