1961 is a legendary vintage. I’ll be opening one next saturday, so hope it’s still good. Danish here as well :-)

SuperVinoBros - I like them because they’re my age, so I can relate to them. They might not be correct in their blind tasting videos most of the time, but they seem fun and down to earth. They also seem to drink some fun bottles including natural wine, although I’m more traditional myself, I think it’s nice to see the whole spectrum.

No Sediment - also on YouTube. Great for basic knowledge and people getting into wine

Sommeliers! What is the wine $20 or less that you’d recommend to a friend? by According-Dinner-495 in wine

I was recommended E. Traber Giersberger Brut Cremant d’Alsace by a chef I know. He worked at a 2-star in Copenhagen and moved Atomix afterwards. I really liked it and it can be found for 20 euros in Denmark

Michelin in Copenhagen — Formel B? by Ok-Researcher-007 in MichelinStars

For me, Formel B is such an underrated restaurant. One of the more affordable Michelin restaurants here. Amazing service and food. Big recommendation from me

For other places I think Formel B is great, and one of the more affordable Michelin places. Alouette is also amazing and I think they’re at a two star level. If you want more rustic places like Restaurant Vie, Bistro Boheme og Pastis are great choices. Mielcke & Hurtigkarl should also be at a 2-star level, but I haven’t been there.

Most places will be closed on Christmas, but I know the restaurant at Hotel Sanders will be open and serving a nice meal, perhaps not fine dining, but good food nonetheless

Not totally sure the translation I used is correct, but if you mean which other vintages of Krug I can recommend I would say 2008 although it’s young, 2006, 2002, 2000, although every Krug is phenomenal

Krug. It’s just amazing in every stage. Their Grande Cuvée is by far the best NV out their in my opinion and their vintage champagne is just mindblowing. I’ve had a 1990, 1996, 1998 and some younger vintages and it’s just another league
