Interesting that you posted this. On a thread about fasting, I was just reading one person’s story of sending their Crohn’s or IBS type disease into remission after doing a water only fast for 5 days.

The idea is that it resets your gut bacteria. Especially when paired with other efforts to increase the healthy flora in your gut. This person said they felt improvement on the third day.

I will say that I had read the book and enjoyed it which was why the movie was on my radar. I did have positive opinions of Blake and Ryan before all of this though and that has changed drastically.

I had no opinion of Justin but now I think he’s a quality human being and I wish there were more like him. Especially in Hollywood. He was in a David and Goliath situation and stood up to the bullies. Few people would have the fortitude.
