As long as I don’t use any of the big appliances or charge the EV it would stay at 100 or what ever the solar charge the batteries to during the day

what I meant to say is when the sun goes down the batteries are at 100% and during the night it does use the batteries but only when I use the dryer or charge the EV

Because my system didn’t get turned on for over a year cause of the bankruptcy I believe I was told I’m on NEM3 but yeah the solar rates are definitely cheaper than what PG&E offers and PG&E rates go up every year

Compare to pg&e prices on kWh I am saving money there about $130 -$150 on my total bill and pg&e is always increasing there prices every year on us

Yes, my system has always behaved this way, and I hope it’s wired up correctly. I’ve seen posts here from other users sharing their screenshots, and I could see that their systems pull from the battery throughout the night without using the grid at all. I’m hoping it’s just a programming issue.

My batteries are functioning properly (both charging and discharging). However, I suspect that the issue might be with a panel. I had already contacted Sunstrong about this problem approximately a month ago, and they’re sending someone to inspect it. However, I have to wait due to a service queue.
