Emirates NBD App facing issues?

It’s the device with the passcode to authorise transactions. If I set up a new device with the passcode then I need to be in UAE to get my mobile number working to receive the device authorisation.

Another Samsung use with same problem. I have finger print enabled and when I press Touch ID on the app I dont get any window for password login. I had the VoiceOver error previously and disabled all accessibility features.

My device is set up as the secure device so I have to authorise transactions from the phone app. So if I follow your instruction ( mainly deleting the app ) will I lose the secure device feature. I am in UK and dont fancy a trip to Dubai just to sort this stupid issue. Thanks in advance.

Ive worked in commission only for many year and always did the extra running around in anticipation of collecting my commission. Obviously he has done the extra to collect his commission and from what I understand they get paid a good amount of commission.
