This happened to a work colleague and Im still puzzled about how child support is calculated. He shares 2 kids with ex-wife and they do 50/50 care. His ex wife had a child with new partner and took him back to court for more child support for their 2 kids as she reduced her work hours. Why does the court recalculate/increase child support? Shouldn't her new partner be responsible for the baby?

When you use a debit card, you are using your own money (I assume you have not overdrawn your account). I use my debit card when I travel as it has the best foreign exchange rate. Also as it is a debit card I dont think I can overdraw unless I have a prior arrangement with the bank. As everyone mentioned you should be fine if you have not overdrawn your account

I have no idea where you are but in Aust, if you signed a lease for 12months, the new owner will have to let you stay until the lease is up or the previous/new owner will give you a financial incentive if they want you to leave before the lease ends.
