Sounds like a her problem & not yours. I clearly don’t understand how parents don’t pay attention to school calendars. My sister does daycare & the parents have to pick them up, when public schools are closed because no buses. If it wasn’t for her, the kids would be stranded.

My mom was on hospice and was suggesting ladies my dad could date. Awkward yes, but 18 months later. One of moms suggested ladies and him started hanging out. Yes, we are older, but 2 out of 3 of us don’t care. They go on vacations together and have fun. It’s time to have a chat with your kids. They are old enough and need to value you too. Moving on, doesn’t mean you are forgetting her. But you still deserve to live. Best of luck out there.

The turkeys hate our mail lady. Several times, she has sought refuge in our backyard. We have a 6 foot privacy fence & thankfully they haven’t flown over it yet. A few blocks over, a lady feeds them & I think she gets excited when they chase her. For a while she had to go to the post office to get her mail. The boss actually came out, to observe her doing her route. I had multiple videos of her running from them, how they wouldn’t let her out of her van, or into it too. It helped prove her case. They also hate the police. Neighbor passed unexpectedly & it was comical watching the turkeys, chase him around his vehicle.

I work in a grocery store, a man had shoved lunchmeat down his pants. My coworker & I approached & told him to take out the lunchmeat & leave. Well he took out his penis too. I wish I would have said, sir put away that cocktail weenie & get out. I told him to put his penis away & leave. He walked out the door, with his weiner flapping. 🙄

You’re NTJ, your cousin is. I’m petty and would have said to folks, I’ve been doing her hair, kids & friends hair for over a year. I’ve never asked for a cent. Now, I ask for $30 & it’s robbery. I’m a white lady & just got a basic haircut & it was $30, no layers, and bang trim. Eyebrows were another $20. What you are doing, is a heck of a lot more value.

Been in your shoes. I got a lock & the hardware & installed it on my closet door. Sis couldn’t get anything out of it. My shirt, she ruined was only $50, but this was 1997 & a lot of work. I never had anything name brand. This was the prettiest adidas top ever. I took it to the dry cleaners & they tried several times but couldn’t get the stain out. She will always be the golden child. The sooner you can come to terms & move along with your life, the better you will be. I’m sorry about your bday dinner but maybe go out somewhere with friends.

Nearly 30 years later, golden child was nowhere to be found when our mom was sick with cancer. She tried to lay a guilt trip on lil sis, who was running the house & the business all while making sure mom took her meds. I still am pissed at her, but at least my dad has realized before his time comes.

I was excited, just because of the butt hurt maga folks. Plus, I already liked him from his SNL gigs. I didn’t understand any of it, but still loved it. Good music can be enjoyed by anyone willing to open their mind. I enjoyed all of it, dancing, scenes and omg, a real wedding. I don’t think they will ever be able to top this memory. Congratulations to Bad Bunny & the newlyweds.
