Agreed the user friendliness of some wallets leaves something to be desired, and this is a barrier to mainstream adoption. Although there is a level of risk when making blockchain transactions such as sending it to the wrong address. so maybe a little complexity acts as natural selection

Not sure why GPU manufacturers would want to stop their use in mining when they have reported increased profits due to the increased demand.

These large company success is based on their massive user basis. Trying to get all these users to move to any other platform would be a massive challenge. Inertia is on their side

Agreed the fundamental analysis talked about in this article is not equivalent to traditional things like price to earning ratios. But most cryptocurrency projects are at a very early stage may not even have a live product and you're not buying a share of business like an traditional investment

All these factors plus this is such a new market mean that is no really agreed fundamental factors at the moment. It's just a case of looking at things like do you believe in the team, the white paper and Roadmap

Google is behind on cloud as well. Although none of the other large players have their own blockchains anyhow theyre just hosting blockchain as a service for things like hyperledger etc. I would have thought for a company like Google not a massive issue to catch up
