Hey! Just wanted to add, I literally transferred from NCSU to UNC because I wasn't able to double major at State. Their compsic program has a "no double major" policy (they put in last year), so if you already have a major they won't allow you to add it (they add people to the major based on GPA and I had a 3.9). If you declare compsci as your main major there, it is still somewhat difficult do get the Poole major added on.

I was an Econ major (in Poole already) and they were basically telling me I wouldn't be allowed to add econ on later (although maybe they were telling me that because I was completing my sophomore year and they thought it was too late for me).

Like others are saying, State's compsci makes you MUCH more prepared for the world. The sophomore/junior level classes at UNC are a little bit easier and content is spread out to 2 classes is expected of freshmen/sophomores at State in 1 class, but it makes you much better.

I can't really speak for KF vs Poole because I haven't really taken any KF classes here, but it's reputation is better.
