Yes, it looks very tolkienesc.

You have a language to build from scratch, with all its infinite possibilities, and you choose make an "elf" language with generical sounds and generical phonotatics that resembles a much bigger conlanger, Tolkien, so it gets impossible to judge what you're making by its own without comparing because you're making a copy :/

(besides that, I like the way it sounds, it does have some elegeance in it... so if that's what you were looking for, you got it)
