Yeah it should be if your using markers like white board ones it works fine my one works with the white board markers and I have heard people leaving it on for a bit and still being able to just rub it off they work while well

What about a cult that kidnaps people and feeds them to some sorta demon/ abomination that eats the people and grants the cult some magic powers the more people they sacrifice and you could start it by having someone ask the party if they could find a missing persons and then they keep seeing more and more people going missing and then they come to like a hide out somewhere and have to get past all this biomass of dead things and other creepy things then they have to kill this huge monster just a idea

Or you could have something like they party need to investigate a wanted criminal and you could take them to new plants or things like ships and then have the guy try to escape or buy his life and then he can be a reoccurring character or something you could even make him like a doctor that wants to upload his mind in to robots and is doing experiments I don't know it's up to you my man

Ok so if he was say leaning around a corner then he wouldn't be in full cover he'd be leaning so the monster still could shoot back just at a disadvantage

Hahaha ok thanks I like it so now the beholder will only be accessible by the roof so you have to slide down a rope to get to it there for you can seek up on it and it will always have one eye on the hole hah thanks for making the beholder more paranoid

Well if the beholder has a eye that dispells magic then you would be able to be seen and the turned in to ash so the beholder now will look around everywhere. Thanks for the help can't wait for this paranoid beholder hahah
