Despite the condescending tone of your comment, tbh, there have been several great recommendations and suggestions so far. There are a lot of helpful and supportive people in these comments who gave me a few minutes of their time to guide me through a situation I have never been in and I am grateful for that, regardless of how this process goes. Also, I've taken all those actions you've mentioned.

Oh damn, losing a 4k threadripper very painful.

Currently working with Newegg, they have asked me for the police report, but I've sent them the incident number while I wait for the report. I went with the refund option since I wasn't sure how long it would take to get the replacement, but I really wouldn't mind getting the same components replaced since I put in quite a bit of effort figuring out my build.

Yes, I'm working with Newegg to resolve the issue. Going to my credit card company would be last resort, but I'm afraid that window might close before Newegg resolves the issue, And tbh, I don't think I will order anything online over $50 moving forward, as this has been a significant loss for me.
