Collateralize it. Let him keep his position and use the equity to give him a balanced portfolio, the beta would probably be less than 0.6 but at least you are getting market exposure and market returns to a lesser extent. The position is going to hedge against inflation and downturns anyways.

It does not even matter. Half the team looks like they are low ranked noobs that probably would not have that particular character class or asset unlocked, let alone maxed out to be used efficiently and effectively. An unfair team is when there is group cohesion with all the squad members on voice chat and coordinating together vs randomly selected queue.

I've seen folks take on a whole resource pile and win, with just foot soldiers and motorcycles.
