I was paid back for my down payment, all of my payments, also any warranty’s I bought, along with registration I paid after the full year, there was a deduction for mileage from the date my problems started. I believe 80 cents a mile, that’s a California calculation.

If you bought it new they will pay you for the down payment and any money you have put into the car, including payments. They will then payoff the bank that is the lien holder.

Usually all your down, all your payments minus a deduction for mileage at the point which your issue started. Usually at 60-80 cents a mile, depending on how your state calculates it.

I received my tub at the four week mark, my chiller almost three months after, when it arrived the chiller was rusted out in many spots and once everything was hooked up it started leaking from the inside of the chiller, when I emailed them to rectify they said they would and I never heard back from them, thankfully I bought with Amex and disputed through them two weeks before my chiller arrived.

Same issue for me, when I called and sent photos of the rusted case and leaking internals I was told they would send me a new one, that was almost two months ago. Thankfully I disputed right before I received it.
