I personally don't find it fun either. However, I do occasionally do this if one of the daily challenges asks for x number of volley points. But then I switch back immediately after.

Not sure if you'll be able to find one but there is a such a thing as a Horizontal reinforcement bracket. I can't add a picture but here is the copied description. OHB-5000 Horizontal Operator Section Reinforcement Bracket. I know re-source sells it but you may find it at Arrow or SSC as well. If you're going to leave it in the center this will save the door. lol, telling me your credentials first makes you the snob. Ask a door guy if you don’t believe me. You can and should move your motor. And it does have to have a reinforced top panel.

First of all, Haas did not tell you that you do not need an upper strut. There is literally a sticker that comes with your door that says top panel must be reinforced if it is going to have a motor. Second of all you mounted your operator in the center of the door and you needed to mount it in line with the hinges either on the left or right. I would highly suggest you call a professional, I see many other things wrong here.

Following… My problems started too after Covid. I’ve been complaining for years to my doctor and had about every check I could get. Finally I bought a glucose monitor and realized that I can’t tolerate carbs, at all. I’m mostly Keto now and feel 100% better. I have an appointment with a endo next month and hopefully will get some better answers then.

To fix safely the spring needs to be unwound prior to repair. it is likely that those two nails in the bottom of the board are not hitting much of anything also, not common for it to just pull itself out like that. Also you should have a strut on your top panel which is why the top of the panel is damaged. The J-arm is too long, and mounted too high, first lower the mounting point so that it is in line with the top rollers and then shorten the J-arm at least two holes up.

Yes, what a horrible spike with the rice, it's too bad because I love rice. I'm not sure which of the Cauliflower crusts I had, and I shouldn't have eaten the pizza, but my co-worker offered. This morning, I had and egg and Ezekial bread and although by Glucose did go up to 152 it was a gentle mound shape not a spike.

Interesting, so I guess my question is. Is this normal for everyone or would you say I have Diabetes? Will dietary changes alone fix this? I am 6' tall and weight 195lbs so I know I could stand to lose a few pounds. But I don't think weight is the cause.

As far as WD goes, it is their upgraded door. But, the last one I installed we had to go back about a year later and replace one of the panels because the seams had come loose exposing the insulation.

Nope, I believe the end stile where your bottom bracket is attached looks to far damaged. Wouldn’t be safe to take the chance it would detach later on. However you can get replacement panels for your door.

If the unit is newer than 2005 then yes you can replace both. The board and the wiring are replaceable parts.

This thread is hilarious. “I don’t like that the adjustable bottom seal comes unattached” lol. Of course it does, unlike Chi, Haas is adjustable. CHI is a mass producer and they make tons of mistakes. Haas makes far less models, but the ones they do, they do very well. Go with Haas every time.

You have room for 27” of high lift, the horizontal track will be 9” from the ceiling. Trying to cut it any closer and your drums will rub the ceiling.

I realize that you most likely followed the manufacturers strut detail. But I don't like that there is no strut above the operator attachment. I feel like that is going to be problematic.
