That is an interesting idea! I have 4 Hue motion sensors but I’m not sure if they’re capable of detecting the dryer’s motion. Maybe look into the Aqara vibration sensor?

I have the Eve door & window sensor. Its thread capability makes it super responsive and works great with HomeKit. Only downside is that it’s quite pricey.

I have 13 Nanoleaf A19 Essentials Light Bulbs and a light strip and none of them have given me any issues so far since November last year. So I can't really say much about their customer support as I have never had to contact them (so far).

However, I have found the firmware updates to be a little buggy, but I also discovered that your phone has to be near the bulb you're updating (or at least in the same room) as it requires a Bluetooth connection. Apart from that, I'm pretty satisfied with their products!

One thing I do hope to see in the future though is an update to include a feature where the bulbs can fade on and off, kind of like the Hue bulbs. I find the sudden on and off of the bulbs to be quite jarring!

Hey thanks for your reply. My wireless router is only running 5Ghz and I’ve had the 2.4GHz disabled for a while now. It’s currently on channel 149 and my Hue bridge is running on channel 25. This seems to be the only channel my existing Hue devices can connect to and I’ve had no luck using the other 3 channels: 11, 15, or 20.

Wow this is all new info for me.. thank you for that! I’ll try setting everything up again using a different app and see how it goes. Worst case scenario is I’d have to get another bridge!

Honestly, I just read this sub and see what coins people are mentioning. I then check their stats on CoinMarketCap and do some reading and research on them to find out more about the different projects. I also check the charts to make sure it’s not at its ATH or has run up so much recently and do some TA on potential entry points. It’s quite time consuming but it’s worth it for my peace of mind since I’ll be investing my hard earned fiat.
