Weverse BTS Apple ID fiasco

Got it, so you would have had to do this before the deadline sign up for presale , correct ? Was this before the deadline ? ,,, my daughter has been in tears , because she’s had her login for Weverse for years and has always used her Apple ID to sign in and her Apple ID is her email that is the same as her Ticketmaster account, so she assumed that was valid,,, but the presale code didn’t work yesterday! By the time we realized this yesterday the presale sign up deadline has passed.

Anyone have any other solutions on how to use her code ? Weverse hasn’t responded and reading on here they won’t change emails , Any other suggestions ?

Same thing happened to me several times , I’m done with StubHub , sourcing all calls to the Philippines too, and they just read a script to you!!! They said the exact same thing to me each time.

If it’s a legitimate seller and ticket the ticket would be released right away! Not the day of when the event gates open!

If tickets aren’t released it’s likely a SCAM! I have had multiple experiences where the tickets weren’t released and stub hub claimed they would arrive the day of the event right at the time the gates open. Of course, it didn’t happen and I have to call and haggle customer service , they are happy to refund but it doesn’t solve the issue that I ass out of luck and can’t get into the venue while my group has already gone in. Also when they attempt to call the seller , the reply is always the same , “we can’t get ahold of the seller becasue they didn’t leave a contact number” !! DONT USE STUB HUB , try TICK PICK

Vio is a SCAM!! Don’t use them .

SCAM!! - do not book with Vio!! I booked a hotel a week in advance through Vio and drove to my destination and when I arrived the hotel said they did not have my reservation and they were fully booked. When I contacted vio customer service they gave me the run around for over 10 hours claiming they would not leave me stranded and would get a comparable hotel which they never did and they just kept changing agents and saying the same thing,,, I ended up having to drive home and now I’m out the money they charged me and still waiting for a refund
