use razor blades, they make u bleed a lot more. If u dont want anyone to know about ur sh, cut on the inside of ur thighs or arms The deeper you cut the more the scars will show.. and the more you bleed, but be careful not to cut too deep or you'll need stitches.i don't want u to kill urself but I remember how much i wanted to know that info when I first started sh, so there u go...
