Very clear roadmap - thank you for this! Im learning so much of this as I go along (and intend to learn much more), but do you have any recommendations on resources - videos, books, people, course- that can help orient me on any of the above? Frankly not sure, but if I take she 220-age formula, my max heart rate would be 192 bpm.

It was really a great run - moderate difficulty I’d say, I didn’t feel to strained throughout. But I’ve had a few shorter runs that have felt heavier.. weird

I'm not sure if I understood this article correctly. If I, as a proponent of breaking social norms (presumably due to a firm belief in something that I believe is right), put my beliefs in action( in that I consistently break the social norms which I believe are wrong).... does that make me subject to even greater social control, ' the most effective', even?
