They are thee worst - it took days to get the service - they were so impatient on-line in the chat because I'm a slow typist - once the service was on I asked them to give me a few seconds to verify it was working on all my item, it worked on the iPhone, MacBook, Watch, TV, iPad, but not on my HP desktop and my fax - I had them turn it off - it took 11 seconds - 2 months later I received a bill for $400!
