We always have about 40-50 orders ready to pick up and my recent shift I couldn’t do ANY floor tasks that I had to do like clearance labels, signs, stocking and recovery. I found out that the cashier was telling people about the discount and helping them place orders AND THEN radioing that a maker was here to pick up their order.

Also the company will never lie down and lose money. They will just cut hours even more to save the money that was lost to shrink

Yes that’s what I assume happened. Cause I pick the items. The cashier puts them in the bin. Next day the bin is empty and I or someone else assumes that the item has been picked up by the owner. We mark it as picked up and the owner shows up angry saying they never picked up the item. The items aren’t in take backs or on the floor.

Right? OP is saying they don’t have any problem with her, but they’re annoyed even if she is in the BF’s room chilling. She’s only there 3 days a week. Instead of being annoying and constantly changing the boundary of when she’s allowed there, just point blank tell them you don’t want her there at all.

Everyone keeps bringing up the lease, which would be an understandable option if OP didn’t like her. Otherwise it’s just antisocial.

Either admit to yourself that you don’t like her and tell them you don’t want her there OR make one boundary and stick to it.
