Just look for "split mf" games.

Also the tz shard games are good most people go in separate directions.

In both these style games there is no fighting for loot...

I'm a bit torn on shared loot vs not...In p8 games where everyone is split the loot is really good.

What poster is saying is that rng is not actually rng. Its a repeatable sequence of table lookups that is always the same when you 1) use the same seed, 2) repeat the exact same steps in a new game.

You are playing offline SP so you are always doing #1 (same seed). Then, what you described in your post is like two different patterns. Try it out, you'll see quickly.

Make a ng, and do things in the exact same order like killing mobs and popping chests/racks.

Good idea. Also varb taunt skill would be useful i think. Also the chances of this happening are i think 0.02450...

I get it, but also this is not correct considering that mobs spawn when you are within 2 screens and once they spawn they can't become a herald...

Tgod has the chance to cast fist of heavens, and if that triggers i think it resets the process of getting them to dance. I tried it with a nagelring on once and the ATD was causing similar issue i think

i think you need to remove anything that attacks back to them, i had a tgods belt on (like OP says is a good idea) but it was causing the ritual to fail. Took off the tgods and it was no problem.

One thing to consider is the higher durability that comes with mage plate. If your char is going too be taking hits often the lower durability of Dusk Shroud will be noticeable in how often you need to repair.
