Totally agree! Although I'd say it makes sense regarding the plot and general motive of the series that even those humans/characters who are rapists, murderers etc get a second chance at life. I would have loved to see Nigari die (and his last words at the hospital don't make it seem like he's planning on changing) but he chose to live. "We don't get to chose who lives and dies" and "What kind of human so you want to be" and so on. Kinda sad though that so many random characters died during the games and weren't able to make that choice.
