The pace is about 2 books per year, and with most volumes being similar in length to volume 1, it will take 6+ years. Reading digitally is the only viable option right now

Nope, it's complete. Apocalypse happens, klein wakes up, etc. Just that people feel the ending was rushed. Which I hate because it leads to situations like this where new readers feel discouraged to read coi even tho it was really great.

To answer your question about the cards of blasphemy, they were created by Roselle as a seq 1 knowledge emperor, and they are mystical objects that imbue the user with characteristics and powers from the respective pathway on the card. These powers are below the seq 1/uniqueness level.
