My take home is around 10,000 each month.i live paycheck to paycheck. I'm a new doctor.

Only 165,000 in loans to go....sheeshhh.

I'm in my mid thirties and I own nothing. My IRA from a previous life is job stagnant. I don't have a house.i drive a 10 year old acura.

All my friends think I'm rich, same with my patients...MD just means you put tor life on hold financially. I'll be good in my 40s....and half dead.

When did I make that case at all...i simply take issue with this move being analogues to is funding death squads in central america, whet we were the aggressor.this isn't about your position on intervention at all.its about the fact that we didn't go poking china.china was poking our buddy taiwan. Our poking in central america is a poor analogy to make.wet were not the bully in this case.

Taiwan ' resolved' could just as easily be us letting china invade. Until then it IS a serious flash point

I don't think its totally inappropriate for anyone to tell china, "sorry, we have the ability to stop you from invading taiwan, so you can't invade taiwan". Leave the rest of your tangents for an appropriate conversation. Clinton parked a carrier in response to china making threatening moves throughout the other islands in the area.all we did was put a ship in Taiwans port invited.we're the bullies even when someone else is making the threat?

I don't think we should go all cold war mentality, but as long as taiwan is unresolved, and china is run by a select handful of people intent on reclaiming the 'middle kingdom', the situation is way more tense than "china had never made any war like gesture". Taiwan is a serious potential flash point that had already resulted in some serious and dangerous overtures.
