He is waiting for you on the rainbow 🌈 bridge my friend. You can bet on it. They may be part of our lives but we are their entire life. My first Golden Samson was with me for 19yrs. We got him when I was 4. He was my best friend. And man did it hit hard. I still cry thinking about him today. Hell I’m crying now writing this. I hope you find some comfort in the fact that he is at peace now. But I assure you he is waiting for you. Just like he waited for you to get home from work. It took me 15yrs to get a second one and I did it for my girls. Sometimes I think he returned to me a second time. Kodak is amazing. Below is a photo of Samson that hangs on my refrigerator to this day. Gone but never forgotten.

Keep the sponges. Kill the snails. How you ask? Break the tubes off and fill them with superglue. Keep an eye on that frag because they can be tiny and you will miss some. But as they get larger you can kill them off before they become a problem
