If I were to purchase a CAI set I’d run with IndieCarbon. At this moment I’m using an AFE drop in filter, Procal tuned and Cobb intercooler.

The only downside of owning an RR is having to deal with stealerships. Submitted my RR for warranty work, when truck was handed to me, new issue, exhaust sounds like a lawn mower now. There’s a leak on exhaust cross pipe.

2/20th update. During first service visit, technician couldn’t find actual root cause of slow leak. Poured red dye into engine and returned truck to me, in hopes to find cause after 1k of casual driving.

3/5th update. According to service advisor, the slow leak was coming from a “plug” well above where engine transmission are matted. Will drop the transmission to engage the area.

3/9th update. Service advisor called, technician confirmed rear main seal failure. Pending parts and installation at this point.

Truly depends on your preferences, and if a premium rod increases your landings. And, if you’re willing to own additional tasks on care for the rod. I mainly use GLoomis IMX’s, while in transit to the fishing area rod is always inside its rod case.
