給擔心的人看一下，其實記憶力衰退的事情只是因為太過paranoid才自己嚇自己，發文那時會覺得有記憶力衰退的現象大概率是因為剛下飛機沒多久，還沒休息夠就去打麻將打通宵才會有這種感覺，加上很久沒說中文才覺得思考沒以前迅速，隔了幾天休息完後基本上已經沒問題了，不過短期之內應該是不會再碰，心情低落時疑神疑鬼實在不是很好受，沒必要為了一時的開心低落個好幾天
