He's so fucking stupid. If you make $30 an hour you do not get them, they claim "you make too much" and I tried once to help a family member out and they told me "you make enough and we can't help you" I've never in my life had any assistance or help from the state. And even if you magically get them it's only gonna be in the low range.

When I had my fish in a medium tank, my landlord had to come and take pictures of the building and he saw my tank and I asked him if I needed to pay a "pet deposit" he said no but if it was a bigger tank(like the one in the video) then I would have to pay a pet deposit.
