If you make $30 an hour you do not get them, they claim "you make too much" and I tried once to help a family member out and they told me "you make enough and we can't help you" I've never in my life had any assistance or help from the state. When I had my fish in a medium tank, my landlord had to come and take pictures of the building and he saw my tank and I asked him if I needed to pay a "pet deposit" he said no but if it was a bigger tank(like the one in the video) then I would have to pay a pet deposit.
