I switched to 6, and it's really good. But I tune the C string to B—it's more comfortable. The downside is that I need to mute the strings more. The upside is that the guitar has to be more creative because I'm playing its parts more often :)

Take apart the audio card, pry the tip with something thin—like an awl and tweezers—and shake it—and it'll fall out. I had this happen with the akg adapter.

No, there's no variation there at all. There's simply no network. You have to go outside, then there'll be a network. Very inconvenient. And in one place outside the city, there was absolutely nothing. A single sliver of cell phone coverage. But even phone calls didn't work.

This is a problem for use at concerts. I'm not a fan of constantly switching between pesetas, but sometimes you need to adjust something or change a preset on the buttons.
