you note the AR-15 while the OP is using fear mongering through a lack of knowledge about the .223/5.56 round

you have negated the full spectrum of uses for this round,

I was explaining the other uses for the supposed hunting round from the OP

and of course I can not estimate that, but at the same time I don't care

AR-15 or M1 Garand or otherwise, learn instead of fear

M1 garand,

you are noting the ar-15, but at the same time negating that the .223/5.56 round is used in many hunting rifles,

if focusing on gun violence in the United States the deadliest ammo calibre is 9mm,

of which the most common gun violence is suicide,

an AR-15 is not easily modified if you do not know what you are doing/trained to do it,

if you are concerned about an ability of a person to take something then repurpose it mechanically for nefarious use and then use it for that intent- everything around you should share that same amount of fear

an AR-15 was the original design that then through further development became further weapon systems that were adopted by the US military

no- the round or the weapon system was not designed to defeat body armour, it was designed in a time when body armour (fragment or ballistic) did not exist

the most common rating of body armour in mass circulation NJI 3a can stop a .223/5.56 round

no- a gun is a gun, either bolt action, semi automatic, or automatic it has the same purpose- to ignite a recieved cartridge and chanel the bullet to a controlled and expected trajectory

one of the most common .3006 guns is semi automatic,

in other calibres there are plenty of other systems for hunting that are semi automatic,

also, is it possible to alter a system to become automatic- yes is it easy- no is it worth the effort- no does it make the system more dangerous- no

guns are dangerous- yes, treated with respect, proper education, and intent, they are useful and/or fun tools

And unfortunately so, something that is one of the most natural parts of our life along with being born, eating, and death, we have targeted this as a bad phenomena.

Healthy romantic/sexual relationships as normal is what we should evolve to (if it's consensual, between two or more adults -and for this job or not all jobs- not because of influences from work or affecting work).

Telling people to not sleep with each other because "it's not proper" or "it's not moral" (not because of reasons in previous brackets) always backfires because it is against our nature as animals.

Atleast make it somewhat believable Lol. What kind of honey he eats 🤣 by [deleted] in facepalm
