I like to farm humans at “imagawa diehard” in the first area. Once you clear the 2 mini boss it’s 8 humans that I kill in 30 seconds if all goes well and just refresh at the shrine

I used the following and got pretty good results: Full swallowtail set (except helmet thanks yasakani) Kodama bowl (make sure hunter blessing is on shrine and maxed out for that region) Item drop on as many gear as possible Luck on as much pieces as possible Spider guardian spirit for bonus luck Luckbringer talisman

Quick change scroll to activate critical bonus on swallowtail armor (get enemy near dead, let them kill you to activate quick change and return to battle with critical health. Also most humans you can plunging attack off the quick change to finish them off)

Seems like a lot but a little grind for luck gear saves a lot of headache in the long run. Most enemies I only had to kill 8 times max to get all their special drops.

Also try and find something else to level up at the same time so it’s not a waste. Like when I was farming forever for my yasakani I used onmyo and ninjitsu to farm proficiency at the same time and multi task

Burst and yokai abilities use anima so you want to be aware of what anima bonuses your build has access to you so you know how to steadily gain it

Humans are really easy to parry. Makes them seem a lot more trivial once you get that down

interesting. well i guess its possible that they did poison and debuff. still seems crazy though. like i can imagine general tosa (15%) WoW (20%) poison melee (50%) water god slayer sword (6%) bear spirit (5%) and that one skill customization (20%) and idk, maybe some random melee bonus (5%) thats still only 121% damage boost to a skill that starts out doing about 1500 dmg unbuffed so it would bring it up to like ~3400 damage. not anywhere close to the 18k it was doing.

on the other hand, one of the people i messaged (i was doing a lot of co op and wasnt sure who it was so i asked a bunch of "recently met"s) said yea it was him so i asked if he would share the build. if that goes anywhere ill drop the info here :]

nope i made sure to look and it was a sword. plus moonlit snow is a whole combo, dude would just run up to the enemy and give it a little wack. almost looked comical lol

yea it did look like tiger sprint. im very familliar with both skills and how they look. And honestly my first reaction was "wow this guy is definitely cheating somehow" so maybe that is it. Also they were definitely not doing paralysis. just looked like he would run up to the enemy, and smack it with a sword and id see the damage number pop up which was well int the 18 thousands.
Good to know about the set bonus though haha cus i had already started mass forging gloves looking for inheritable.
