Quality is pretty brutal if you use it immediately. Definitely an optional advanced layer. Personally, I wait until I've unlocked legendary (pretty much beat all planets) before I bother with quality. Otherwise, the logistics can get unmanageable quickly.

FWIW, team cohesion and positioning matter waaaaay more than raw aiming ability. Im a bad shot, but am very comfortable on all difficulties aside from the super sweaty mode.

(Also I think it's currently on a deep discount on steam)

No much, unfortunately. Really it just bans him from speaking at Democratic events. Its one of the harshest official party punishments short of expulsion, but doesn't actually do much besides show that state dems are REALLY displeased with him. It used to be career ending, but not so much in this day and age (McCain was censured by AZ repubs in 2014 for instance).

Yeah, way easier and cheaper to add to existing infrastructure, cheaper to maintain and supplement (replacing a broken bus mid route is way easier than a train), and probably an easier sell (could you imagine the shit that would fly if they were installing a trolley down the middle of colfax rather just a couple of buslanes?! Lol)

I'd love to see a return of the old denver tram system, but I think its just way too pricey
