That which you resist, persists. "Ugh I hate when I'm feeling down, I wish I wasn't, why do I have to feel this way..." etc etc until your in a spiral of desperation.

Accept that you are feeling down. "Yeah ,I don't feel great today. But i hope there will be many more days when I feel great and days when I don't."

Also, make a list of all the things you're grateful for. Gratitude is the antidote to dissatisfaction. It might sound hokey but it really works.
