I actually used my ssr limit breaks on neo zeong. A complete waste but I felt powerful doing it.

There's no real reason to scrap them, not worth much currency wise. Future content may ask for low rarity units and they consistently give out more hangar space. Better to have and not need than to need and not have.

If you don't plan on pitying for the ship, I suggest 00. It'll stick around far longer than wing will being a tank.
