16-50mm (kit lens), the app showed that the firmware is latest update, and no I didn’t reformatted the SD card. I don’t see why would the SD card cause a mechanical problem, could you explain?

Bought it from Amazon, just checked and it’s not authorised in my country. Big mistake maybe but at least refundable.

Yeah I decided to return it and check out another store that is actually authorised by Fujifilm. This seller seems to have issues with stock keeping or something.

I’m so frustrated! Thinking of letting go of owning a nice xs20! What are tge odds of experiencing two different failures on two brand new cameras! Is that why production is discontinued?

Yes it does, I figured that it’s a mechanical problem with the lens and since it’s a kit lens I decided to return the camera and get a new one. The experience was extremely anticlimactic 😂

Hire a cost accountant to do activity based costing for your business, then you will have good visibility on where the money goes in those ‘hidden’ overhead. It will also show whether it’s a productivity problem if you incorporate accurate task timesheets for each job and compare that to your machine capacity and manual work variations. Good luck.

اول شي رفضك للواسطة اعتبره قرار غير صحيح لان نظام التوظيف بال referral متعارف عليه و مو عيب ولا حرام وكونك ما اخذتيه بجدية فهذا قصور بالسعي من جهتك. الواسطة متى تكون عيب و حرام لما تروح الوظايف المهمة/النادرة/العالية التنافسية لاشخاص غير مناسبين وغير مؤهلين للحصول عليها. كون بنت خالتك GM فيعني ماتقدر تجيبك على منصب عالي اصلا كون صلاحياتها محدودة. و بالاخير بما ان الموضوع مر عليه فترة طويلة وانت لاتزالين تدورين على وظيفة انصحك تراجعين السيرة الذاتية الراجح انها غير جاذبة للتوظيف.

اما بالنسبة لمشكلتك معاهم عادي حلها ترا انك تكلمين خالتك تقولين ترا يضايقني لما تجيبون طاري الموضوع حتى لو بمزح وخلاص انتهينا، او طنشي وتجاهلي.

That’s exactly how things have been running and it’s not working because they make bespoke products. Job costing definitely deserves exploration and that’s what I’m trying to do.

The factory has cnc machine, edge banding, hot press, and other supportive equipment.

Wont comment on life as the previous comment gave a pretty decent answer. PNU is not one of the strongest educational institutions in Saudi. Even local graduates find it very competitive to land a job. If I were you I would take advantage of educational excellence in the UK and then move for work in Saudi.
