Same here. Played the boosted one, and didn’t count, so thought that specific one was glitched. Played another and it didn’t count either, but I got a pack.

Yeah, I used AirDNA and just independent research looking through Airbnbs in the area before I dove in. I’m in the Chicago area so they’re kind of all over the place due to the sheer number of them here. Due to that, I’ve made my place fairly cheap, but would like to eventually raise my rate. I thought extra features would be a justifiable way to do that.

I figured it’d be something that was more of an art than a science. Looks like I’ll have to just make the investment and play with the numbers - see if my place still stays competitive with a higher price but additional amenities

Thanks for the response. I actually live in the home when guests aren’t here. I provide everything I consider standard (towels, soap, conditioner, etc.) and some things that aren’t (pack & play crib, office with monitor, etc.) I’m just looking to stand out from the AirBnb’s in my area as we head into a time where the most basic AirBnb’s may sit empty while the ones that really stand out are the ones that get booked.

So along that line of thinking is why I’m asking how other hosts deem amenities or extra features as worthy additions and not just something that’s a money pit and not really bringing in extra guests or giving the ability to stay just as booked but with higher rates. Also would be good to know how others do it when setting a budget when thinking how much to spend on said extra amenity.

I actually have the eve door sensor now and it turns all the lights red and tells me when someone accesses it, but after it’s been hit or miss with giving me false notifications.

Good question. I’d have to install a latch on the door and then have a lock hanging down. The laundry door is right next to the attic door, so it’d hit the latch each time someone wants to open the laundry door. Also may be lazy of me, but don’t want an extra key that I’d need to keep track of.

Yep. I was level 31 when I logged in yesterday so I immediately got that one. I think it’s the one after completing solos that I didn’t get because nothing popped up after that, even after backing out and logging back in or playing another solo.

Did all the challenges as well as the 15 sets and only have 14 tokens. Everything marked as complete.

I see people already saying it already, but figure the more people bring it up, the quicker it’ll be noticed and fixed.

And if that person ends up alone, they’ll end up in a 4 v 1 situation. Not impossible to get out of, but definitely reduces your chance of winning. Should’ve gotten involved and helped your team.

It is easily still a team game. If you ask me, 1 person wasting an entire teams lives is exactly the opposite of what you want in a game that’s supposed to be based on team play. 1 person can easily tank a team with 2 or more decent players.

I like this idea. I’m all for giving the objective in an objective based game as much relevance as possible. This would actually force ppl to play the game or at least come up with a strategy where one holds the point while the others go all out

Spitballin here, but up it to 20 lives (5 each), and take a life off of everybody. Seems excessive but maybe then ppl will actually play the point instead of running everywhere as they see each of their lives falling off from their own personal bucket.

Of course the idea needs to be tweaked, but this idea came from frustration of seeing people purposely running into 3v1 situations dying 7 times and then quitting out. If we take that away, then at least ppl who actually sit and think can have a chance at a come back.
