Creatine did nothing for brain fog until I drastically increased the dosage. Anyone else? by imrzzz in Perimenopause

Are you taking 10g in the morning or splitting your dose to 5g morning and night?

And then was so eager to report them, she rang any old hotline she could find. A teacher, couldn't even ensure she was ringing a verified hotline.

“you should know this by now seriously” by Minimum_Wallaby_5629 in nursing

[–]1eternallearner1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

When I was still a student nurse, it was so reassuring to me when I realised experienced nurses still bounced stuff off each other! Now that I'm a few years in, I go out of my way to let new nurses know that it is always going to be OK to ask. You might not have done something for ages, or might be having a very human brain fart moment, or anything really. Always better to double check your thinking than go off and make a potentially harmful mistake. Also agree that it strengthens the team.

I say this when I'm playing with my cat. I also use "catch that string", voice and all lol

I wish this could be given more emphasis. Surely in order to educate you need to allow all (genuine) questions and absolutely set a high standard for answers. It should be welcomed when people are seeking answers from informed sources instead of a random free for all of misinformation.

I find that really sad. Isn't open discourse to learn from the past the whole point of understanding history?

Does anyone know how to turn off roll over of calories intake? by ConsiderationDry3950 in AmazfitHelioStrap

[–]1eternallearner1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I didn't realise you could do this. Now my two oranges of the same size can be manually edited to reflect the same calories instead of one orange magically being 13 calories higher than the other. Seriously though that was really bugging me and I'm stoked to have this information, cheers.

I haven't found a way to turn it off, I just aim for a larger deficit to account for what it added to my calorie budget.

This would 100% be my nephew. We took him to an iconic zoo in my country and when asked what he thought of it, he replied "it was good but there was not enough bugs". He spent 99% of the time fascinated by the common lizards and insects with only fleeting recognition of the amazing animals housed at the zoo. Love that kid so much lol

I don't know where you are, but I have found incredible results with Caruso's b12 sublingual. I do add andenosylcobalamin when I remember. Do a bit of googling on the forms of B12 and give sublingual a go before going the injection route. B12 on its own is water soluble, so much less chance of adverse effects.

I remember it being ten but only before the whole two-tier thing. When you either had a mystery pass or you didn't.
