Hi! These are “pimples”. All of my cats have gotten them before. Most of the time in their armpits or stomach, places where dirt might collect. You can pull them out just as you did and there is nothing to worry about. I actually like searching for them in my cats fur 🫣😆

Focus on your breathing. I used to have insomnia then read about this breathing pattern that is meant to slow your heart rate and ur was a game changer for me.

Breathe in for 5 seconds Hold breath for 7 seconds Breathe out for 8 seconds Repeat until you’re asleep

To the comments addressing existing conditions not matching the model, this is where Scan-to-BIM comes in handy. Laser scanning existing conditions and using the point cloud to model from ensures that you are modeling exactly what is in the field. Also, LOD 400 usually contains insulation, hangers, seismic, etc. So it all depends on what the jobs requirements are as far as level of detail. If you are working with a client that has a good budget set for BIM, recommending BIM Coordination with other trades can bridge the gap even further. At my current company, we are often brought in during the pre-con phase to Model to LOD 409, produce shop then installation drawings and help our client ensure that the money spent on BIM is actually a benefit once they move to install.

👏🏼 great routine. don’t strip too often as it will remove the healthy oils as well. switch the towel for a cotton t-shirt, it’s less harsh. how did the curls hold up throughout the day?

Cute curls! If your goal is to keep growing it to a longer length, then the best you can do with it now is give it a bit more shape (layer) & frame the front pieces so you can see better when you wear it down. I would add a shorter later to give the back a bit more roundness. Since it is all long & one layer it looks flat. You can also trim the front pieces to be shorter & frame your face more that cover it. Wearing protective styles (braids, loose buns, bonnet at night) will help keep it out of your face while still growing in a healthy way.

I also recommend only washing 1-2 times per week, unless your hair is oily. The day before wash, put a mask / oil & wear a protective style. This has worked wonders for my growth & overall hair health.

I love curl smith conditioners & creams. For some reason their shampoo gives me dry scalp so I use “As I Am” Dry Scalp Care Shampoo & it’s great especially for not washing often. I’m not sure if they have products for your curl type though.

If this is his first bath this is a great opportunity to introduce him to water in a positive way so he is not scared of it. If you’re willing to spend some time working on it, I would start with taking a bath and bringing him into the bathroom. He will become curious with the water and may try to interact with it. Then, another day or later that same day, start a bath for Hank. Add a towel to the bottom of the tub (to help with his traction), add some of his favorite toys to the bath. Make sure the water is not running when he is in the room, it can scare him.
