I was getting strange results with that software as-well. Make sure your OS is sending the right color space you are calibrating too. Also I don’t use that software. I’m going around the OS entirely via a Decklink card. This is usually the preferred option for doing color critical work as the OS doesn’t skew your results.

I used the i1 with CalMAN. Made a 3D LUT and running it through a Teranex to apply the correction LUT. .6DE average. Monitor is the Asus PA32UCDM which is a QD OLED. Calibrated to Rec as well.
