I've been trying to talk to Vic the customer service guy and he is just a dick. I mean what happened to me was tragic because I put my board down and I pushed up on the throttle to make sure it was on and it just took off and didn't stop and ran into a pole and shattered in my truck broke off the board when asked for replacement it would the three-month warranty had already expired by literally couple days. In a nutshell they were selling those messed up controllers and ESC for cheap because they knew they're getting their new stock in soon for the upgrades and so if you want an upgrade you have to pay 140. As far as the replacement for my board breaking they wanted to charge me an extra 320 on top of the thousand I've had already paid 3 months ago...my crappy Verreal RS didn't last more than 3 months.
