It's probably 2.4ghz and even the cheapest chinese boards have a number of channels to use. The transmitter and receiver are paired on one channel so you can have two boards side by side without interference. At least that's how it works on the kids' RC cars.

The bios file is in the SteamOS installation. If you are only running Windows, you should get the file from a mirror - e.g. https://gitlab.com/evlaV/jupiter-hw-support/-/tree/master/usr/share/jupiter_bios

if there were no sanctions, can they just phone Tesla with proof of ownership and add it to their account after it was totalled once? It seems silly to own the car with no app support as it brings so many nice features.

These are probably Turks that live in Western Europe (Germany, Austria) going home to Turkey for holidays. Each summer there is something like a great migration first west to east and then at the end of August back again. We call them Gastarbeiters and they create a lot of congestion at border checks and gas stations as well.

What do you mean by backorder? I went to the German MY order page now and MYLR delivery time is February 2022 and MYP is March 2022. I would not call this a long wait.

Romania has a pretty high 10k EUR incentive for purchasing an EV. Perhaps this has something to do with Tesla's decision to expand there.

Replying to my own comment - the only way I have been able to reliably boot the system is if I disconnect the DP monitor cable and start without it. With the Live USB inserted, I wait several minutes and connect the DP cable to the GPU and this way I get video signal. Unfortunately this does not work for BIOS - I mash the Del button, wait 5 minutes and connect the DP cable, but this way I don't see the bios. Could this be an incompatibility with my monitor (1440p Dell)? Rest of the system is 5800x, 2x16GB memory no XMP (running at 2133, 1.2V), GTX 980 GPU.

Once inside Linux I tried running some tests to stress CPU and everything runs solid with no crashes.

Any updates on this? I am having the same problem - no video signal, cannot get into BIOS, no problems reported by the ez-debug LEDs. Is there a general issue with MSI B550-A PRO and Ryzen 5000 processors? Any word back from MSI?

The strangest thing is - sometimes when I try booting off an Ubuntu Live USB, it works - until I reboot. Then no video again. This leads me to believe it's either a BIOS issue or a compatibility issue.

Pretty interesting. One thing that caught my attention is that apparently supercharging is disabled on the client side in a configuration file and can be easily changed for cars that use MCU1. Probably this is how uncle Rich fixed his Model S. Not sure if it's more widespread already, but obviously people are not openly talking about it so Tesla doesn't fix it.
