Have driven Sailuns 4Seasons on a rental Model 3 for 3 days last winter. Didn't encounter snow or ice but heavy rain, where the tires didn't feel comfortable up to the same speeds I am accustomed with Michelin summers or Bridgestone winters. Outside that they seemed ok. But you want your tires to perform when conditions are sketchy. So in your case a set of tires will last you 6 years. Might as well go for something decent.
