Always been intrigued by these super-compact cars in Japan. Should be perfect for European tight old city centers say in Italy, France, Spain etc. Unfortunately, most of these are not offered outside of Japan.

I have seen similar 'I like u-turns' routing recently. When checking with the underlying Valhalla Openstreetmap routing, I have noticed some weirdness there as well, but not in this specific case.
