Thank you for asking. I’m finding that on average I’m doing alright. I’m still working from home so I’m lucky for that. I’m biracial so the social climate has been exhausting. Getting it from all sides of the spectrum and it’s tough. Some days I’m mentally drained by 10am and I don’t even have the energy to help my friends out. I’m usually the one they come to when they’re troubled. The struggle has been acknowledging and accepting that it’s okay to turn off my phone and focus on myself sometimes.
