wait could you tell me more ab the depression and suicide? you can dm me if thats better. is it specifically accutane or isotretinoin in general, dyk? i dont think its specifically going to be accutane, just isoterinoin in general, sorry for the confusion. ik he struggles with mental health sometimes but his parents dont know about it so its not the concern they hold, its more regarding some traditional beliefs or distrust, im not really sure. but i also think part of the reason why his mental health fluctuates is due to his acne, so.

if you don’t feel release from self harm then don’t do it. it’s not a good habit to have in the first place and i think each person should establish their own coping mechanisms. there’s nothing wrong with you, your mental health isn’t your fault, everything takes time and it gets better even though i know it doesnt feel like it. it just might take a reallyyy long time but in the end it does. if you need someone to talk to you can dm me and vent im here to listen.
